Privacy Policy
Last Updated: June 4, 2026. MedC Health is committed to safeguarding the privacy and security of your personal health data.
Patient Confidentiality Commitment
We adhere strictly to data protection guidelines. Your clinical test records, genetic panels, or basic blood values are never sold, rented, or shared with third-party insurance brokers or employers without your explicit prior consent.
1. Information We Collect
We collect personal identification details (such as name, email address, phone number, and physical mailing address for collections) and sensitive medical data (such as age, gender, medical history, details of requested diagnostics, and blood/vital sample report outcomes). This information is necessary to provide safe and accurate screenings.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information exclusively to process and manage your screening appointments, deliver digital diagnostic reports, customize preventative dietary and lifestyle guidance, verify invoice details, and send health-related updates. We do not sell or lease your sensitive health details to marketing brokers.
3. Partner Laboratories & Data Sharing
To generate accurate medical reports, we share diagnostic details and physical blood samples with verified, accredited partner clinical laboratories. These third-party labs are contractually obligated to keep your data encrypted, secure, and confidential, and are prohibited from sharing your records for unrelated commercial purposes.
4. Data Security & Storage Protocols
Your health records are stored in secure cloud systems protected by advanced access control lists and data encryption (both in transit and at rest). Only authorized personnel directly involved in report compilation, customer care support, or laboratory processing are permitted to view individual records.
5. Medical Records Retention
Under Indian healthcare compliance regulations and laboratory policies, we retain patient diagnostic histories and digital reports for a minimum mandatory period. After this compliance window expires, users can request the deletion of historical diagnostic profiles by reaching out to our data privacy officer.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our website uses essential analytics cookies to monitor system performance, optimize navigation, and track page traffic statistics. You can modify your browser settings to reject cookies, though this may restrict certain interactive elements like booking slots.
7. Patient Consent and Rights
By using our website and consenting to sample collection, you verify that the details provided are accurate and authorize MedC Health to process your diagnostics. You retain the right to review, update, or request access to your compiled health profiles, subject to identity verification.
If you have inquiries regarding privacy practices, or wish to review your records, please email our Privacy Officer at privacy@medchealth.com.
